Cancelation Policy,
For Booked Experiences
THE QUEST. uses three different cancellation policies, depending on the specific tour or activity you choose. Please be sure to verify which one is applicable to your chosen experience prior to confirming your booking. This information can be found on every experience we offer under the Cancellation Policy section.
If you have an existing booking, you can verify the applicable cancellation policy by checking the Cancellation Policy section of your ticket.
Standard
Most experiences carry our standard policy. You can cancel bookings for these up to 24 hours in advance of the experience, based on the experience's local time. You can cancel your booking by following the following instructions.
Booking CancellationsIn most cases, you can cancel your booking for a full refund up to one day before your activity. However, please check the "Terms and Conditions” section of your ticket for the detailed cancellation policy for your specific activity.
To cancel your booking:
If you have an existing booking, you can verify the applicable cancellation policy by checking the Cancellation Policy section of your ticket.

Most experiences carry our standard policy. You can cancel bookings for these up to 24 hours in advance of the experience, based on the experience's local time. You can cancel your booking by following the following instructions.

To cancel your booking:
Select 'Cancel for free by...' and follow the instructions. You will receive an email confirming cancellation along with the appropriate refund details.
NOTE: The 'Cancel Booking' option will not be available if your tour/activity is designated 'All Sales are Final,' (as these reservations are non-changeable.)

If you have an ‘All Sales Final’ or other non-standard booking type that has been impacted by COVID-19 you can find cancellation information here.
NOTE: The 'Cancel Booking' option will not be available if your tour/activity is designated 'All Sales are Final,' (as these reservations are non-changeable.)

All Sales are Final
These experiences cannot be changed or canceled for any reason. Therefore, the ‘Cancel my Booking’ option will not appear on your Bookings tab.

The specific terms and conditions for these experiences can be found under the Cancellation Policy section. If a requested cancellation isn't due a full refund, you will not be able to initiate a cancellation online.

In response, we've adjusted our cancellation policies to cover COVID-19 related cancellations and to support our community, so travelers can book with confidence.

Currently, for COVID-19 impacted bookings with travel dates on or after July 1, 2020, we will only offer full refunds for bookings with an "All Sales Final' or other non-standard cancellation policy if the booking was made on or before May 4, 2020. For such bookings made after May 4, 2020, the cancellation policy as stated at the time of booking will apply.
If your booking was made on or before May 4, 2020, to cancel your booking, follow these instructions.
If you have a booking made through Viator that isn’t covered in the policy above but which has been impacted by COVID-19, you may still be eligible to change or cancel your booking if:

- You are impacted by the travel and/or disease control restrictions implemented by your local authorities or the authorities in your destination of travel.
- You are a medical professional and must perform duties in connection with the COVID-19 outbreak.
- You have been diagnosed or are suspected of being infected with COVID-19 by health authorities.
